How to Use Your Account Dashboard?
Your account dashboard contains a lot of tools that you can use to keep track of your account. While your account dashboard has a lot of great features and tools, please remember that is it still in its beta stages, and more features will be coming soon. If you encounter a bug in your system, please let us know so we can fix it as soon as possible. This tutorial will show you what features the dashboard contains and how to use each functions. The first thing we will do, is get acquainted with the dashboard.
1. General Tab
The General Tab is the first item on the list. This tab contains all the information related to contact information. The information on this page is what we use to contact you, so it is important that it is all correct. The page also gives you the ability to change the information we store, so that if you need to update your information you can, nice and easy. Even though you can change this information yourself, you can still contact us at anytime to update it for you, if you have trouble.
2. Maintenance Tab
The Maintenance Tab is used to let you keep track of the maintenance hours you have used or hours you have purchased and have available. The maintenance page has several features. On the usage page, it allows you to see when we have worked on your site. Each log shows you the exact time we started and stopped rounded to the nearest 5 minutes. It also shows you how much time you currently have. The history page, shows you the list of times that you purchased maintenance hours and hoe much you paid for them.
3. Payments Tab
The payments tab is very simple. It shows you a list of your payment history. Each row shows you the date the charge was incurred, the amount of the charge, the reason for the charge, whether or not the charge has been paid, the date the charge was paid, and the means by which it was paid. At the bottom of the screen, it shows the outstanding balance on your account.
The dashboard is still under development and there are many more features to come as time continues. Please check back as we add more functionality to the dashboard.
